Bruce M. Komisar, Of Counsel
Bruce Komisar has more than twenty years of experience representing individuals and small to medium size businesses with a wide variety of needs including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, real estate matters, the formation of business entities, business planning, business tax issues, management challenges, document preparation and review including sales contracts, leases, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, compensation plans, joint venture agreements, supply contracts, succession planning for family businesses, dispute resolutions and others. Bruce also regularly represents landlord and tenants in commercial and industrial real estate transactions such as lease negotiation, preparing and reviewing leases and evictions. Bruce is a 1981 graduate of Michigan State University and he received his juris doctorate degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1985. For the better Part of two decades, Bruce has been involved in all aspects of his own family's business. It is partly this hands on experience that allows Bruce to meet the needs of his clients and to bring something extra to the table when addressing problems for those clients. Bruce's experience as a lawyer and business person help him relate to his clients and they to him, which makes for better communication and an overall better result for the client.
