About Brady
Brady Stefani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in written communication, with a minor in Criminology, from Eastern Michigan University in 1992. He received a Juris Doctrate from New England School of Law in 1996. Before joining Stefani & Stefani, Brady worked as an investigator for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and as an attorney for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health where he represented the State in involuntary commitment hearings. He is a member of both the Massachusetts and Michigan bars, and is admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. As a principle of Stefani & Stefani, Brady spends the majority of his time representing small to medium size businesses with drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, formation and representation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities. In addition, Brady represents individuals with their estate planning and probate needs, and represents both businesses and individuals in connection with a variety of real estate matters including drafting and negotiating leases, buying and selling real estate, management of real estate and real estate financing. Although not the focal point of his practice, Brady has significant experience in the areas of litigation including personal injury and employment litigation
